"So what time do you want us at the photo-shoot tomorrow?"

"As early as you guys can be there"

"You tell us man"

"...6:30..."

"Ok we'll see you there."

I had some ideas for a shoot I wanted to do in Pasadena, but Old Town is a crowded town, and I knew to get the shots I wanted we needed to be there when no one was around. Last weekend I took my friends Besatree and K_serious out on a shoot and had them meet me before the sun even came up, and they were more than willing.

If you get a chance to listen to these guys they are awesome. Laid back beats and sick rhymes, and they are some of the coolest guys' I've met. They were totally down to go anywhere and shoot anything.

We spent the morning walking around Old Town Pasadena way before anyone even thought about getting out of bed, so we had the streets and alley ways to ourselves. It was a little surreal, but great none the less.

These guys' have a show coming up Oct. 29th, 2011 in Upland, Ca.

Definitely worth going to, I will be there obviously along with a great line up of performances, drinks and a good time!

A Night in Dos Lagos

Went out last night for a little photo adventure. Thanks Marcella for taking me to Dos Lagos, you know I've been wanting to go there forever. Here are some of the photos...played around with my new beauty dish too!

Beauty Dish My Way

Thanks to my fellow photographer and good friend Christian (www.tristianmichaels.com)  was able to make a beauty dish for my camera at half the price it would cost to buy one! So I took it out on a little test shoot last week. Thank you Amanda Ahlmann for all your help on the shoot!

It's nice to take pictures again!

Been so busy that I haven't had as much time to blog or put up some new photos, but I managed to have some fun this past weekend and get some shots!

Of course I've been looking for a new HDR photo and managed to get this on a bike ride sunday...

And I discovered I can go full speed on a cruiser, no hands, look back and take a photo in focus!

I love Burritos.

Went down to LB with my friend, and she got some cool shots of my brother on his bike.

I had to post a quick blog, I've been wanting to for days! Hopefully another weekend of photos coming up, and new stuff to share! Thanks everyone!

Sunday Editing Sesh!

What a nice day to spend at Starbucks listening to music, drinking coffee and editing photos...and I'm not being sarcastic, this really is what I love.

Last week I spent the day at the beach about 20 minutes above Malibu on a model photo-shoot. Although I still have a lot of editing ahead of me I couldn't resist editing one of my HDR photos from that day to share with all of you...it is a new favorite of mine! Hope you enjoy!

Also I had a photo-shoot with The Berry's, this family is a long time friend of ours, I believe my mother and father have known them for over 30 years now, and we have watched their kids grow up as well as them watching us grow older...they asked me to take a family photo for them and I could not have been more honored!

I also finished some more photos from a shoot I did about 2 weeks ago, you might have seen these girls already but here are some more photos I finished today.
